Smoke and the Moon Don't Mix

      Heavy smoke and the moon don't mix well! The day I started observing the moon is when the smoke barely started so I really haven't seen the moon. I am not completely sure if the smoke is the reason I can't see the moon. There is a possibility it could be the season or location.  Not knowing where the moon is freaks me out a bit. Am I the only one?
   
   Despite that, I did enjoy the look and feel around me. Like, the smell of pine trees, the cool breeze, the leaves falling from trees (trees going from green to yellow), and the stars. Before this project I never really look up at the sky especially not for long periods. I never really noticed the stars or how some stars shine brighter than others.

  So far I have really enjoyed this project despite yet having not seen the moon.
